frick if I know man, this thread is all over the place. I think a lot of the argument is about the severities of the charge and whether he intentionally killed him.

I think most of us former retards have sympathy for people involved in street fights where a willing participant dies and his opponent is charged with murder. But.... most of us grew out of street fighting by 21 or 22.
