Well, long story but my hunting dog can't hunt anymore and without her the first split has been tough to say the least, but I think I'm getting another one this spring. I've got too, its just not the same this year. Any preference on what kind of lab (english/American, etc..) or color, I'm think...

Lol start searching for trades for AD. Word around the franchise is that AD’s agent has stepped in and is starting to shut down the teams extra marketing activities with him. He gone fellas. Get rid of him this year when you can get some true value for him ...

any Duck Reports in Dularge or Houma area? - lodgedup
Its been a terribly slow season so far in Dularge. Shot limits of Grays one day and have had several slow slow hunts since then. The teal haven't showed up and I'm hardly seeing any birds when riding around the lease when I do make it down there. I'm hunting around Lake Merchant. Anyone hear of ...

Opinions on kind of light for dock fishing - lodgedup
Can anybody help me with what kind of floodlights are the best to attach on the end of a pier to cast light out into the water for attracting Trout and reds? I have some cheap LED flood lights right now and they work but not as well as I would like. They don’t seem to penetrate the water very well...

re: Who’s ready for duck/goose season? - lodgedup
Saw the first flock of what looked to be grays in dularge last week the day before the front hit. They were flying high and heading south. Could have been mottles but I'll stay optimistic and say they were grays. been ready since August, close weather watching from now until November. Have a wed...

I'm looking for recommendations on an affordable out of state duck hunting trip somewhere north of Louisiana. Somewhere where the season is open in October. I've heard Kansas is great but all of the outfitters seem to charge $300-$350 a day and that ain't happening. I'm looking to get a group of ...

Teal Migration dependent on the full moon? - lodgedup
Hunted down in Dularge this weekend for the opener, and didn’t see too many birds. Shot the one bird that came in the decoys, but it sure was great being back in the blind. Not many people around us shot too any. Wasn’t expecting much, was actually pretty pumped to even kill one in the 90 degree ...

re: Teal - lodgedup
haha gotta love those deer feeders. my buddies that hunt north of Jug Lake say the same thing about the ringnecks. I guess the water has gotten too fresh up that way. They used to hammer the good birds and now only shoot necks. the dos gris showed up in full force last year. looked like the...
