Celltech, I drove out there a few weeks back just to see the launch was closed. I've never seen it that low, one big mud flat from the launch all the way to Lake Pelba...

Teal Migration dependent on the full moon? - lodgedup
Hunted down in Dularge this weekend for the opener, and didn’t see too many birds. Shot the one bird that came in the decoys, but it sure was great being back in the blind. Not many people around us shot too any. Wasn’t expecting much, was actually pretty pumped to even kill one in the 90 degree ...

re: Teal - lodgedup
haha gotta love those deer feeders. my buddies that hunt north of Jug Lake say the same thing about the ringnecks. I guess the water has gotten too fresh up that way. They used to hammer the good birds and now only shoot necks. the dos gris showed up in full force last year. looked like the...

re: Teal - lodgedup
Capt ST, from what I've heard, the duck hunting around the Lost Lake area is incredible. I know a few people that hunt out that way on the southeastern end of Lost Lake and they do really well even when most others aren't shooting birds. I've been hunting on the north side of Mud Lake for 7 or 8 ...

re: Teal - lodgedup
Was in Dularge today and didn't see a single teal. Have been hearing reports that a few were around, but from Jug's to Lake Merchant, I didn't see any. Water was pretty high and falling quick. Reds stacked up at runouts. Hopefully this storm doesn't hurt the ponds, they look pretty damn good rig...

Yeah I just watched the video. 3 whole trout. never heard of the water getting down to 78 or 75 degrees. That's good to know. We still have a ways to go for the temps to go down...

trout movement inside - lodgedup
When is the earliest ya'll have seen the trout move inside to the lakes and bayous? Marsh Man Masson posted a video on LA sportsman claiming they have moved inside already, I find that a little hard to believe. Would be nice, I hope i'm wrong...

I think y’all misunderstood the post. I’m not talking about worms on the inside of the fish. These are on the outside of the fish and look like tumors of some sort...

Fungus on Black drum? - lodgedup
At one cut that I’ve been fishing almost every small puppy drum comes in the boat with several scabs and markings on them. The scabs looks like fever blisters but I caught one the other day where the fungus or whatever it is has eaten a hole through the fish’s back right below the dorsal fin. Anyo...

Any tips for getting rid of significant scratches in fiberglass? I’ve got a bay boat that I treated like crap when I was in college and am attempting to make it look nice again, but struggling to say the least, the oxidation on red boats is pretty wild...

re: 4 Horseman Popping Corks? Who’s used them? - lodgedup
I've been using these corks since last duck season when I got some and they are the only cork I use. Someone earlier mentioned that "a cork is just a cork." Red fishing with these corks is not even comparable. A plastic, dead shrimp, or even live bait on a jighead 6 inches under the cork up again...
