Every couple of days i come home to a nice steaming pile of shite in my front yard. Lots of folks have dogs so tough to know what dog it was. Finally caught neighbor’s dog on my front yard cam.

How to approach neighbor about this? Am friendly with neighbor, nice family, have never really had complaints before.

HOA has ordinance that dogs must be on leash, but i hate to be a nark and call btrgetthenet about this.

You can't just tell your neighbor you saw his dog on your camera and would appreciate it if he didn't shite in your yard?

Calling the HOA is a bitch move.

The only logical next step is retaliation. If you have no dogs, human fecal matter will do.

Buy a dog and have it shite in his yard. Get his kids to fall in love with it. Then euthenise it.

Put it in a brown paper bag, bring to neighbors door, light it, ring doorbell.

Sprinkle ground black pepper in your yard. Dog won't like sniffing it and he'll move on to greener pastures to poop.

just catch the neighbor outside and politely ask him to clean up his dog's shite. Dude ought to be offering. I clean up my neighbors yard a couple times a week and hes usually not even home.

If the guy gets "shitty" about it turn him over the the HOA.

Clearly your neighbor is establishing dominance over your territory through his dog.

Line your front yard with bear traps...that's the only answer.
