Point of the matter is that someone finally stood up to the school boards, and you’ve seen what happens and what the board members are capable of doing and what they ACTUALLY think about the teachers and their requests. This country’s education is so fricked up, I don’t even know if it’s fixable.

As was her right. She had been recognized and given the floor to speak. Not liking what she is saying in no way takes away the fact that she had the floor. Being the bully in charge and calling your pit bull is just plain wrong.
The superintendent is now crying crocodile tears and trying to take the blame for not standing to right this wrong when it occurred. He has admitted they were wrong so you can stop knighting for them.

Its kind of late to make that comment after you are knee deep in shite you created. He continues to defend the Marshall. He continues to defend his raise. Now he reverts to saying the things "you want to hear." Should have been saying them before now.

He is a big fish in a small pond and is used to doing whatever he wants to. He thought his bully tactics, blaming the victim, and shouting from his bully pulpit would get him through.
This has gone beyond his local power trip. People on many continents are recognizing him as an unjust bully. The more he bullies her, the higher her settlement gets so someone has told him to STFU. He can lower the settlement by showing some contrition but is probably far too arrogant.
We shall see.

Agreed. You are seeing a slight shift in the superintendent, but I don't think you see one from Fontana. He will just try to go silent instead, but I bet it'll be damn hard for him.
I think he will figure out something to do. Go after somebody else, or do something, to try to gain back some bullying power.

Also, I read somewhere about the SUPT equating what happened to teachers putting kids out of their class for conduct problems.
Dude is out of touch and needs to stop making statements without his lawyer.

Yeah okay. When she was addressing the superintendent and he was responding to her and the officer walked over to her, he just quit responding and threw his hands up like "this isn't worth my time, she's getting taken care of". When I first watched the video his attitude at that moment pissed me off and seeing him backpeddling now.
