Attorney General Jeff Sessions plans to roll back an Obama-era policy that had allowed legal marijuana to thrive without federal intervention, Fox News confirmed Thursday.

Sessions’ announcement will come just days after California joined states such as Colorado in permitting pot for recreational purposes. The drug will be legal for adults 21 and older, and residents will be allowed to grow up to six plants and possess up to an ounce of marijuana.

Jeff Sessions is such a piece of shite.

We knew this was going to happen. Goddamn these old conservatives, they need to start dying out.

What a terrible Attorney General appointment.

So many meltdowns coming. Just legalize it in all states already.

Well guys, remember what Jesus said:

Ezekiel 25:12-13

"In the eyes of the Lord, the smoker of herbs is felled only by the dinosaur hunters"

This is not as bad as your OP made it sound though. Hopefully the states won't do anything, which I suspect will be the case.

Sessions is a clown.

ETA: Hopefully this pushes the Fed to decriminalize at the national level.

Never smoked pot, don't want to smoke pot, never touched pot, shite I've only actually seen pot like twice in my life....

That said its ridiculous it's not legal. Huge wasted revenue opportunity, especially in Louisiana where it's sorely needed

Instead of fricking around with pot, Sessions needs to do his damn job and go after Cankles and the FBI disaster.

I don't agree with Sessions on this, but it does not necessarily stop any of the states from continuing on with this. It does make it very questionable on whether they would be allowed to, though, and would be a chilling effect to more states making recreational use legal.
