Here too. I’m gonna stay inside and watch tv with the wife. The kids played outside and are all frozen. It’s 28 here now and I think the temp is dropping.

I have been watching all the Bowl games with my English Cream GR. My wife has been errands around the house. We are under a Hard Freeze Warning until tomorrow

Regrettably I decided to skip the evening hunt and finish watching the game.

Personally I think shooting pigs in the same area as a mature buck is a great idea. You'll probably kill a goodun this evening for sure. I'm an expert on these things.

Anyway its cold AF typing in lean to stand right now. 26 with chill being 14. 30-06 looking forward to it getting dark.

ETA: just a small grammatical error.

I just shot a mature buck on the same plot I shot the sow yesterday.
In fact, he’s lying about 10 yards away from where she dropped and directly on the drag impression left in the grass.

BUCK DOWN!!

ETA: That’s the first pig I ever shot. Also, we have a TON of them here.
