This past summer, my 13 yo daughter and I did a Route 66/New Mexico trip. I drove 3700 miles in 7 days

New Orleans to Omaha for the CWS. Made it a golf trip in Omaha and on the way back. Great trip.

From Mobile to Yellowstone was probably the longest, but we spread it out over several days.
Drove from Mobile to Milwaukee and back with some friends when I was in college. That sucked because it was during a blizzard. Snow from B'ham up.
Most recently drove from Key West back to Mobile in a single day. That really sucked arse!

One month ago I drove a rental truck from Golden Co. to Baton Rouge. The route I took was 1330 miles. Drive time was 21 hours and 45 minutes. Drove it straight through. Made 8 stops during the trip.
