I just can't imagine having so little to do that you spend your time stirring the pot by attacking building names. I didn't even think about who any of the buildings were named after, nor did I care, honestly.

It's not about "equality", it's about gaining control and power.

It’s about not honoring the racist past.

Can’t do that.

“Mc” means “son of” and that supports binary genders.

So about 1% of the total LSU student population?

How ironic is it that the people who complain most about being judged by skin color..........

LITERALLY base everything in their entire lives off of.............................

................

...skin color?

Buwahahahaha

LSU is the SJW of the SEC, long passing Missouri up to take that honor.

Every building should be given a name such as "Multi-purpose building 3."

Jeaux, who is completely innocent? Maybe not racist but a drunk? Maybe not a drunk but was a sexual deviant? Not that but instead was a xenophobe?

Who makes the call? Where do we start? Where does it end?

I laugh at and weep for you at the same time.

Hopefully, someone in BR grows some balls and stops this nonsense.

It is a sad time when a small group of people dictate cultural policy to everyone because they're offended over an imaginary boogeyman.

If you read the article the building was named after his grandfather.

is there a "savory character" index we can use to determine who is "savory" and who is "unsavory"

who are these idiotic kids to determine that?they are just names...they want to do something worthwhile?attempt to stop your fellow students from binge drinking themselves to death...pick up trash by the lake etc.that would make a difference, changing names of structures will not.

Exactly. What's crazy is that actual racists are trying to get buildings renamed right now.

So the SJWs hypothetically get Foster changed to Gary Chambers Food Science Center. They're changing the name from an imperfect human to an actual racist. The difference is, this racist is black, so it's cool. How fricked up is that?

You'll never find someone who is perfect. However, changing a name from someone who isn't perfect to someone who is actually a piece of shite (as they surely will try to do), is ridiculous.
