A source tells GigEm247's Jeff Tarpley that Texas A&M has hired Dameyune Craig from Florida State. A former quarterback at Auburn and in the NFL, Craig has served as both a quarterback and wide receivers coach during stops at the likes of Florida State, Auburn and LSU. This past season, he served in an analyst roll with the Seminoles, making $8.10 per hour as LSU paid him the remainder of the contract it owed him. Craig is known as an ace recruiter and could coach either quarterbacks or wide receivers in College Station.

Nothing but a recruiter, but a damned fine one.

Can’t coach.

Hopefully he's at WR coach and that means that Aaron Moorhead (of the dumbass Twitter war with recruits fame) is gone.

Craig, Vigor high school's favorite son. That dude can recruit with the best of them. You A&M people should be elated to have Craig on yalls staff.

For some reason this is great IMO. Hopefully LSU will be saved any remain money, but the fact he took a minimum wage job just so LSU would have to pay it is great.

I’ll tell you like we told LSU fans and they didn’t believe us. If his home school tells him to bounce, what does that say about him? He had a guaranteed job for life paying him 400k, and he wouldn’t play nice. Kodi Burns has been a better coach and recruiter.
