Nothing but O-hater

No one hates O, but many hate the process that give us O If you cant understand that, too bad.

If you want to very proud of 9-3, third in the west, 17 in the playoff rankings, great for you. It's ok and better than I thought after the shitty start, but that cant hide getting creamed by a mediocre State or beat by a much, much less talented Troy.

We fired a guy who finished 9-3 in 2015 and whose 2015 offense averaged more yards per game and more points per game than we did in 2017.

Sorry if you are offended when some ask, where is the fricking beef.

This season was ok. Much like most of the seasons since 2012. If that is what you are willing to accept, go for it. As I see it, the names might have changed, but the results haven't and when you throw the Troy loss in the results have dropped.

That's exactly what you said. Like close to verbatim. You said to shut up until we are at the point of no return and the program is destroyed. As in we shouldn't have higher expectations.

I think that people like you have to be trolling. There's no way being this stupid isn't intentional.

Very damaging loss to Troy along with the pistol whipping by Miss St....I like O too, but that shite can't happen anymore. We have Bama at home next season. Time to nip that in the bud and win it.

Ton of LSU people didn't want O, so I'd hope the O and Alleva leash is pretty short. But I'd much prefer O prove the haters wrong.

He also beat Auburn & Syracuse something Saban's Bama & Dabo's Clemson couldn't do.

My point is, a lot of people had their minds made up about him when he was hired and are not giving him a fair shake to prove otherwise.

These are the same azz hats that somehow feel they have the scruples to be HC & should have been offered the job. Bro the only people knocking on their door is the pizza man or their probation officer.

I said the season was ok and no where in my post did I imply it was a catastrophe.

If third in the west, 17 in the playoff ranking, and a home loss to Troy makes this season any more that ok to you, great.

Heck, he has proven (at this point) to be better than anyone would’ve thought going into this season.

Literally no one here feels this way.

Probably applies far more to the low-I.Q., O sycophant crowd.

Please edit to include that BAMA actually took a knee on the final drive instead of running up the score to cover the 20 point spread.

How often do you see Saban take a knee?

Straight up charity case

Shh. Don't mess up the narrative. We played Bama toe to toe and almost won. We beat them up so badly, they lost the Iron Bowl.

No criticism if he has a bad season or two,

I wasn't happy with the O hire, but he hasn't had a bad season yet. He hasn't had a great one either but as both interim and HC, he has had a good record. The early season had key injuries and attrition and started off badly. I thought the program was imploding but O turned it around and the Tigers finished strong. Constructive critism is a good thing. O bashing just for the sake of O bashing is counterproductive. I'm not sold on Coach O as the long term answer but he's our coach for the next few years. I'll support him until he gives me a reason not to and I'll be critical when and where it's warranted. But some of y'all sound like whiny Hillary supporters crying and pouting because your candidate didn't win.

With O as head coach, LSU is just another SEC team.

I was referring to 2018 and 2019 seasons. I wasn't talking about this year

If he has bad seasons in 2018 and 2019, I'll be calling him out with you. But for now, I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt. Geaux Tigers.

He did ok this year. He even said it wasn't a really good season because he knows what the expectations are. Next season will tell all on if the hire was solid or not. If O can go 10-2 next year with that schedule and new QB then I think LSU will be just fine for quite a while.
