What’s the OB cooking tomorrow?

I’m smoking a ham and turkey in the BGE starting about 4am. Have a lot of family coming in. 20 of us to be exact.

I’m thankful for the OB’s wisdom and insight . And for giving me something to read while I’m bored.

Just the wife, son and MIL& FIL.
Going non traditional. Trying to cook everything that we grew, caught or raised.
Shrimp Okra Gumbo w/eggs
Stuffed Bell Peppers
Deviled Eggs
Sweet Potato pie
Fresh baked cloverleaf dinner rolls w/ butter
Grew all the vegetables and caught the shrimp Eggs from our chickens. Going to be different but it's all stuff we like.

17 lbs bird (oven roasted unfortunately...), multiple casseroles, numerous bread options, lots of pies but two chocolate because that’s the most important..., good beer flowing, and I’m sure I left a lot out but hey, what I listed is what I’m digging in to.

Happy Thanksgiving OB.
