Next year it's on though.

Eh... Probably not this year. Next year, I'd be willing to put a good bit of money down that we will.

Absolutely not.

We're shooting for above .500.

I say no, but let's see how we stack up in Maui. If we win a couple games in Maui against actual teams, I'll be impressed.

It's actually very important to beat Michigan so we don't face Chaminade in Round 2. Even if we lost to Notre Dame, the strength would help the ole RPI

They won their first game by like fifty and almost put up 100 I don’t care who the opponent is they have no problem scoring the ball

And this is why our fans melt so fricking hard sometimes. Setting unrealistic expectations.

They played 3 good halves, but this team is woefully short on talent. Guys like Edwards and Combs probably wont offer as much production later on.

They'll need to get better on defense for that to happen. The guards look great though.

But no I don't see it happening.

Just to throw some numbers out there:

NCAA football programs 129

NCAA Basketball programs 351!

What is more interesting is how the spread of teams fill in the bracket for the NCAA basketball tournament. There are 32 Division 1 conferences that all hold a spot. So you almost need to be either a conf champ, or in the top 25/30 to make the tournament. Which I believe is a better/more difficult accomplishment than most realize.

Probably not, lack of an inside presence will really hurt us once we get to SEC play. NAZ AND BIGBY will change that next year. Also adding Smart with waters and Sampson will be dynamite.

Before the season I would have said going .500 overall record would be an unbelievable job by Wade. I’m starting to think a 19-11 season is possible though. NIT bound.
