The guy with the "sources" works for GNOINC.
They are already in a pissing match with the governor over who gets credit for this.

The return of Hubig’s, while a nice story, would not constitute “one of the biggest economic development announcements in Louisiana history.”
I also don’t think Hubig’s is for sale, but they are looking for space in the Bywater.

They’ll both be recognized. But things of this magnitude are always announced by the Governors Office/LED.
