They already announced, and halted that. I’d be surprised if they “reannounce” it with that much fanfare.

I also don’t think Hubig’s is for sale, but they are looking for space in the Bywater.




Agreed. If this is the biggest economic development for Louisiana then we are fricked. That being said, Benson is after Hubig's for sale or not.

I thought this board said people and businesses were gonna flee New Orleans because the statues were taken down?

Maybe they're putting the statues back up so the people and businesses will come back

Shell already sold all the emission credits they bought for that plant. Not sure there are that many available right now if they were to resurrect that project.
