Long, Long time....
started out as a 15E (bonus points for those who recognise the MOS)

US Army 1988-2012. Basic at Ft Dix New Jersey summer between my junior and senior of high school then AIT same shite hole after senior year.
Started out 11b spent most of my time at Dix then shipped to Saudi Arabia for Desert Storm. Spent one year there at the end of which the Colonel I had been assigned to asked me what the frick I was doing in infantry , ordered me to go to college and become an officer and find another MOS. The Army ended up sending me to Princeton, pretty sweet gig if you can get it. I came out of Princeton as a O2 and became a military cop. I ended up going into CID and traveling all over the world investigating miscreant Army personal before retiring as a full bird in 2012.
