Is CLM a candidate at Tenn Or Fla?

I believe he has seriously learned his lesson on staying out of offense and would be a step up for either school.

I don't think so, but i would see Tennessee as the most likely to come knocking. At this point they need to stop the bleeding of their piss poor coaching hires immediately. Les could bring stability to the program and has good recruiting ties.

He would be much better than either of those predecessors. I just don't see him getting back into the coaching gig when he can kick back and pick up 2 mil/year

No.
I'm curious though if Florida will give Kiffin a look though. He's already at FAU, he won't be there long. The question is will Florida roll the dice with him as a head coach given his HC resume'.
This is sort of what I see happening, if some HC's are fired. Malzahn is not liked at Auburn, I could see him going to Arkansas (if they offer and Bielema is out). I think Malzahn is from Arkansas. Auburn goes after Petrino (I think he would take it given the cloud that's hovering over Louisville athletics currently).
Florida, I don't know. Kiffin could be in the mix.
These are just my thoughts.

Maybe as an OC or HC. I'm leaning more toward OC.

I don’t know why anybody would ever believe this. If you do, it’s not because you have history on your side. Miles could have saved his multi-million dollar job, and the jobs of all of his assistant coaches, and he made a conscious choice to not do that.
If UT or UF choose to believe that they’ll have a modern, effective offense, or any kind of QB grooming under Miles, I’ll laugh extra hard at that school.

Florida is seeking an offensive minded coach, so no. I just don't see him fitting in at Tennessee. I could see Les at Mississippi State if Mullen goes elsewhere. I could possibly even see Les at Ole Miss, but I seriously doubt that happens. I think his SEC career is done.

Only one assistant was fired.
Miles is 64 and will not be a candidate for any school looking for a long term coach.

I think you are underestimating his stubborness

Les Miles might coach again but no way in hell he does it in the SEC. Not that he couldn't be successful but i just don't think he would ever want to play against LSU - he's a Tiger.

UF will go after Scott Frost.

Les will coach again but only in the big 10..

Les doesn't learn lessons, if he did he would still have a job.
No one is going to hire that clown.

No chance. I like Les,but he would not adjust when needed. His time is ovr.

I think Les loves LSU so much that he would not want to coach for another SEC team and have to play us. He may be arrogant in some ways but he's not a douche like Saban

You won’t find many here who will disagree with you
That’s why you keep hearing his name brought up in connection with the Florida job

If this were to happen I would say Tenn. A lot less pressure from the AD and alums. I could see his personality and style better suited there.
It was time for Les to move on from LSU, but I genuinely liked him as a person. I think he needs to just enjoy his retirement and occasional TV gigs.
