But it isn't the media's job to parent your kids, it's yours. A better question would be do I think it's wrong for parents to go out of their way to instill the mindset that it's somehow an awesome, glorified trait, and I do.
It's just not a big deal, at least no any moreso than any other benign, intrinsic human personality trait.

I'm in the same boat. Both my 5&10 yr old daughters love this show and now I'm going to have to figure out how to tell them they can't watch it anymore.

As someone whos watched the show with his kids, I can assure you that this isnt a stretch.. The kid is very feminite and best friends with two girls..
