On the flip side, I'm 94lbs and have eaten pizza at LEAST once a week every week for the past year I eat 2 slices (3 if super thin), which I thought was normal for a woman.

I only learned this year that there are people out there who can't resist eating an entire large pizza in one sitting. Crazy.

This is a terrible excuse. It's not that people don't have the time to eat right, it's that they don't prioritize eating right.

It takes me 2 minutes tops to make my sandwich every morning, fill up my container of raw almonds, and put them in my lunch bag.

We have a restaraunt in our building and every Thursday is pizza day. I have to use my imagination for three weeks out of the month, then I reward myself with two slices the last two months.

I am also trying to not use bulking season as an excuse to eat pizza more frequently

This is such bullshite. Put down the sugary drinks and control your portions. Neither of those are time sensitive.

It takes me exactly 7 minutes to take two yogurts, 2 protein packs, 3 bottles of water, and one turkey sandwich into my bag.

Time is never an excuse. It's just another wall you built.

And that water isn't a perfectly fine drink. Or that you can even add sugar and calorie free flavoring to water instead of drinking a Coke.

I've recently started this. Surprising thing happened.....I don't feel the urge to snack throughout the day.

Nothing wrong with pizza or carb heavy food once a week if you're working weights or staying active.

It's not the one day that will ruin you, it's the "little cheats" every day that add up.

Bingo. The only thing I drink at work all day is water.

At home it's water with the occasional cider or glass of wine or two.

No soft drinks at all, even diet. Very, very rarely I'll have some fruit juice.

And let's be real - you won't be the picture of perfect health, but there are endless options of frozen, premade, restaurant, etc. food that you can lose weight eating. There are people on /r/loseit that have lost 100lbs eating nothing but Lean Cuisines, salad or chicken from McDonalds, and portion controlling anything high calorie. If all you POSSIBLY have time for is fast food, you can still lose weight doing it. That isn't an excuse. Two regular burgers from McDonalds is 500 calories. Two slices of Hot N Ready cheese pizza is 460 calories. Neither is "healthy", but technically speaking, you could eat these items for every single meal and still lose weight.

I eat poboys, pizza, burgers, etc. all the time. But my natural instinct when a burger arrives at the table is to immediately cut it in half to make it easier to eat. 99% of the time, the 2nd half doesn't get touched at all.

Pay attention to how "naturally thin" people eat. They aren't magic specimens who eat endlessly and never gain weight. They just naturally stop when they're satisfied.

If I'm not drinking water I'm either asleep or drinking alcohol. I get the true lemon packets for the house and they're great.

We never have sodas at the house except club soda or tonic water if that even counts.
