Wife wants to lease a Jaguar SUV

I don't know a damn thing about Jaguars and do not know anyone who owns one. Are they decent vehicles?

They look pretty good on the outside, but the interior is cheap.! The only two jags you should buy are f types and xj's. Buy, dont lease a lexus suv or acura mdx.

My grandma had an XJ after owning a Lincoln for like the previous 30 years.

They look cool. We looked at them, but the wife ended up with the Volvo XC60. It's a little more luxurious than a drivers vehicle, but she was coming from a 5 series and didn't value the sportiness as highly. She wanted plush and stylish.
I'm not a fan of the Jaguar brand, but those SUVs are cool. Probably should drive both the XC60 and the F-Pace (she's probably seen the latter, you don't want her regretting her purchase when she sees the former).

Jaguars have better reliability than they used to but still pretty bad, just better than 10 years ago where they would live at the dealer.
The F-Pace is not where I would spend money in the segment, the interior is very poor for a Jag, the infotainment is behind the times and it has a stiff ride and lots of road noise. Much better alternatives for the money. The Lexus GX is probably the go-to choice in the premium mid-sized SUV in the price range.
