I just suck on the ice a little while and spit it back into the glass then pour the Coke over it. My guests seem to like it.

How about don't use any ice at all because that waters down your drink and keep the Coke in the refrigerator instead.

Yes... Eliminates head on top and makes for smoother finish without loss of carbonation. It really works.

This is how I rank my Coca-Cola serving preference.

1. In a glass bottle.
2. Fountain
3. Cold poured with no ice.

I don't like ice in my drinks unless its a fountain drink. If I drink it from a cup/glass cup, ice only waters it down.
