Hell. I would have fired Miles under almost any circumstances but it never fricking even crossed my mind we'd hire a guy who had never been a coordinator why failed spectacularly as a HC

How can anyone answer yes? It's the same exact shite we've seen except we are markedly worse across the board. The question is basically do you take O and his absurd buyout or keep Miles? It's 100% Miles. O has a chance to lead this program into very very dark places. Miles would always keep our heads above water.

exactly. i think everyone can agree the program had become stagnant under miles and it was time for a change but that was under the assumption we wouldn't hire a career position coach.

Absolutely! We should've fired Miles 2 years before we did. The frick up wasn't firing Miles it was hiring coach zero.
