Yea but not by a lot.
The broker said she loves LA drivers because they are the only ones who like the rates.

When we lived in Katy, I did not find it to be much cheaper than NOLA. Maybe 2-3 percent cheaper. Texas has an insane number of uninsured drivers.

Depends on what county you are in. Harris is one of the most expensive.

It's amazing how much cheaper insurance is when you bundle multiple cars. Mine is like 1200 a year. Added my wife's car for 250 more per year.

Mine isn't about $105/month. No accidents or tickets.

My price dropped by 50% when I moved from LA to Texas.

We are going to DFW area. I understand that electricity and water isn't a monopoly like it is here too. You can actually shop for companies

In most communities, you are correct

I've had Green Mountain for five years. They are terrific.
I built out an excel tool to compare plans this year. I was able to use my actual historicals to calculate the annual cost under any plans that I wanted to consider. Saved my $50 for this year

I bet that will change soon after the storm claims are finished. The Houston area is about to see a solid bump in rates.
