Are strippers blue collar?

Advertising is a gold mine. Our agency is loaded. I honestly think they base hiring decisions on attractiveness.

There are hot girls in my office and I'm not even in HR.
There are way more old guys and fat girls.

Huh?
I never said less talent
I said in my world, large corporations insurance, the women I work with are smarter than your average pharma rep
For example, I recently assisted in hiring an NYU finance grad to work on our logistics and healthcare book of business, and she is a smart and attractive young lady
The folks I work with have no trouble finding work. I've been in 6 figures since I was 26 years old and everyone on my team makes 85+

There is no doubt
Property and casualty is an older crowd in my experience
That will shift in the next decade. Benefits brokers in general are younger, male and female

I think has something to do with the fact that on benefits side we are going out to groups, talking to employees, and it requires a lot of socializing. Seems like AMs on p and c side never leave their desks.

Most AM in our office are client facing. But most of them are specialists in a given industry, and we take the team approach when dealing with larger organizations. I'm p&c fwiw

I am not talking about hired spokesmodels. I attend several different types of industries trade shows throughout the year almost every company has their top talent running the booths. These aren't like a car show type trade shows, sans my consumer electronics shows.

I work in commercial insurance and we have a ton of attractive women who are either in client management roles or are employee benefit brokers
Good news is you have to be smart to do either of those jobs too, unlike pharma reps
Future Mrs. Boosie is an account manager at a commercial insurance agency. But not for long

There are some attractive women in the CPA profession. But after a few years of lots of stress and long hours... not so much.
This. Lots of cute interns and staff. Little bit of a drop off at senior. By the time they get to manager...yikes. Audit > consulting > tax.
