Two things that irritate me in that video other than the general stupidity of all involved.
1. The bike with his turn signal on like he was going to turn left (pet peeve of mine)
2. The bike behind him does not appear to be street legal. In fact, it looks like some sort of cheap Chinese bike you'd see for sale outside a Kwikie Mart along with cheap knockoff go-carts.

Before I make a ruling, I'd want to know how the thing started (yes I watched the full 9 min version - doesn't show anything). Hard to imagine a guy in a truck with his family, hauling furniture, instigated it. BUT after seeing how trashy has kin-folk are who showed up to the ambush... I dunno.
Those moped enthusiasts should've known better, though.

If no kids, I'd say the dudes on the bike were the biggest fools. But if there were actually kids on the car(didn't have the sound up very high) then there's no question at that point that the dude in the pickup truck is the biggest idiot.
