yeah, the 9 minute video I posted showed they were intent on harrassing/running him off the road and taping it. It went on long enough that the truck driver called his family. The one fannie pack rider guy stops in the road to make sure the camera was on, on another bike.

Ole boy in the truck didn't decide to do anything about it until he got next to his boy with the gun.

While true, it's the smart move if you're outnumbered. Well, the smart move if you are absolutely going to confront him, obviously the smartest move would have been to call 911 and not get out of his truck.

As a father, I would have done the same thing the guy in the truck did. He's got his kids in the car with ( per the link) 14 motorcycles chasing it.

It becomes a different ball game then. You don't mess with a man's kids unless you are willing to die.

How would you act if you were followed by a group of bikers for miles?

1. I'd call 911

2. The last thing I'd do, quite literally, would be to get out of my vehicle

So in other words, the opposite of what that dummy did.

Yeah that comment was made after only seeing 1:30 of the video. We still don't know what lead to it, other than the overall guy's story. I do have a hard time believing this went on for 14 miles, but who knows?

So you would have chose the 1 decision that is more dangerous than any other?

Questionable parenting, to say the least.

I've already said flatly that truck driver is the biggest idiot in that video.

If it went on for 14 miles, that just makes him that much more of an idiot, to be honest.

Call 911. Keep driving. Wait for Sheriff or State Police to show up.

Not set up an ambush, brazen weapons, and commit a few felonies.

As the police said, "Two wrongs don't make a right."

The last thing I'd have done with my family in the truck with me is stop, especially on some back rod in the middle of nowhere. I'd have headed straight for the nearest town and found the first cop I could see. No way I'm taking a chance with my family in the truck with me.

The father in the truck could have sped up but from the rate of speed he would have had to have FLOWN and that is dangerous to the kids. You can't always depend on the police. On a country road it could have been a long time before they arrived. Sometimes you just have to beat the bully.

Unless they are in between towns, 14 miles is a long ways...

I don't care if you're Brock Lesnar, you don't pull over anywhere like that with your family in the truck. There were 14 bikes. That's 14 to 1 odds. And what happens to your wife and kids while about five or six of them are doing a ground and pound on you? That leaves another seven or Eight to do with your family as they wish. No, that's not a fight you risk losing. You do whatever you have to do get them to safety. Period.,
