Ole baw with the tattoo looks like he has been preparing to show off that sucker for awhile now. Definitely had that whole "I'm the real deal" scene played out in his head many times through

What would have happened in that situation if the truck swerved over and hit the dudes on the bike when they pulled alongside of him after being chased and followed?

Judging by how fast he got up and moved when the second altercation started, I'd guess he was playing dead

Also not a good idea. He can swerve too much, lose control, and wreck. We're talking everything from ending up in the ditch to flipping it. Again, his wife and kids are in the truck. It's not a good idea to do anything that risks their safety. That is is one and only concern at that point, keeping his wife and kids safe. Period. He can whip some arse later.

I didn't mean to be crazy and 'swerve' on em

I just meant to move over a little bit and knock his sissy arse over

You can't always depend on the police. On a country road it could have been a long time before they arrived. Sometimes you just have to beat the bully.
Or maybe he could have called 911, and they would have showed up in 4 minutes instead of him going 14 miles.

And even if you were correct, he could have stopped, let his bro with the gun stop the bikers, and then he could have kept going to protect the kids.

You can't possibly argue that he made the best decision for the protection of his kids, no chance.

Would be satisfying for sure. But it would lead to two other questions

1. How would the other 13 bikes react? (Remeber he does not know if they're armed or not.)
2. What would be the legal consequences of wrecking the bike? As the sheriff later said, two wrongs don't make a right.

(I'm not saying I'd not be in favor of wrecking the idiot on the bike, just saying I think he could get in legal trouble for doing so.)

Like it or not, if you hit an a-hole with your truck and he wrecks and dies, you are getting charged with vehicular manslaughter.

It will be up to a jury of your peers to decide if it was justified.

I was trying to see the truck drivers point of view a little better after seeing the brother with the rifle video. Rednecks gonna redneck.

Exactly. Is that worth burdening your family with you going to prison?

Nope.

Yeah, but that's 14 bikers. That only translates to around 7-8 real men. They're on crotchrockets too, so the factor may be even lower.
