Night Falls On Manhattan
This rant by the DA after a drug dealer shoots cops and gets away in a stolen cop car reminds me of a former boss I had when I was a young prosecutor.
"AND BEND THE frickING RULES! I DON'T WANT ANY GOD DAMN CIVIL LIBERTY SUBTLETIES HERE! WE GET THIS COP KILLING SON OF A BITCH IN THE NEXT 72 HOURS AND I'LL DEAL WITH THE ACLU LATER! DO YOU HEAR ME!?"

For me, it was in the first Rocky, when he started to come back and hurt Creed with several punches to the ribs. First time I was in theater when people were standing up and cheering.
