I currently have an axcel 5 pin sight. I am having a tough time seeing the pins so I want to get a new one.

Has anyone used a one pin sight? I was also looking at the EZV Sight.

Any insight or recommendations are appreciated.

Usually, this is a peep issue and not a pin issue, especially in low light. That's why I ditched my peep and went with a no peep.

No I can see them- they are just real blurry.

I switched to single pin with smaller diameter for same reasons. The name escapes me but it's not the one you listed and is very popular brand. Very happy with it.

Knock 3 of them off and go to 2 pins.

I've been using a 7 Deadly Pins. I'd rather it was 3. Is it possible to take 4 of them off?

I really like my HHA Optimizer single pin sight. I know some people complain about having to move it for distances, but I rarely have to adjust on the fly. That said, I don't take very far shots. I can hold slightly above or below for distances around my mark.

Sounds like an eye/focus problem.

I switched to a single pin sight after my first season of bowhunting with a multi pin... I really liked the idea of 1 pin and it's always in the center of my picture.

I've learned through practice where to hold above or below on shorter shots (15-30 yds) on the fly and have had no problems changing the slider on longer shots of known distance.

I was using a Vital Bow Gear single pin slider.
2 years ago I switched to a Copper John Mark IV.

HHA Optimizer lite here too. Love it. Only down fall is when a animal comes in fast up close or far and you have to quickly adjust or wing it. I prefer a small lense with a single pin for less clutter.

Got your eyes checked recently?

I know i have .010" pins because with .019" it seemed to take up to much of what i was aiming at when shooting targets and so on but the .010" are to small and blurr out but that is mostly because my vision is shite

I have this sight - I like it. I took the markings off though and added my own.

I switched to HHA 2 years ago and really like it. I typically keep it on 20 or 30 yards depending on where I am hunting and just know my adjustments for anything within 10 yards of that. It is pretty cool to be able to move that pin and shoot at 80 yards

Axcel Accutouch is a nice single pin sight. I have two currently. You might try green or a blue pin to make them easier to see.

I shoot in IQ retina lock that has 2 fixed pins and a 3rd that adjusts on the fly. really opens up your sight

I usually keep my pin set at 30 yards and can shoot 10-40 without moving it. I like it so far

I had a Truglo Range Rover in lost camo that I really liked. Used it for two seasons. Then I found a great deal on a Trophy Ridge React one. I preferred the React one because of the way you adjust the yardages and I like to tinker with my setup.

I have the Range Rover sitting on my workbench collecting dust. If you are in BR and want to try it out, give me a shout and we can probably make something happen.

Both are great sights and I will never shoot a traditional multipin. I have so much fun practicing from 70-100 yards and not having to hold over or waste a pin. I have been looking at some of the "multi-pin sliders" though like the React Trio and Spott Hogg Fast Eddie double pin.
