Her death was more dramatic because it was sudden, well photographed and in the prime of her media coverage

I think way more people cared about what MJ did in his life than what Diana did.

Presidential? Reagan

US celebrity? Jackson, though Reagan's funeral was fricking huge.

Worldwide? Diana - Jackson was huge, but everyone was kind of waiting for that to happen and not everyone liked the pedo; the world loved Diana and stopped everything to watch her funeral.

The death(s) that changed the world the most? Those of 9/11.

I was going to say John Lennon as well.

Lennon or Diana are probably the most shocking since JFK.

In my formative years: Cobain, River Phoenix, and Tupac are the ones I remember most as a kid.

Steve Irwin was a big shock when I was in college.

Probably the most shocking:

-Martin Luther King's assasination
-Diana's car crash
-Elvis's surprising death
-Robert Kennedy's assasination

I could go on and on how fricked your post is but I don't have the energy for it. All I'll say is it's stupid.

Elvis is the answer.

Next week there will be 30 thousand people standing outside his house for the candlelight vigil 40 years after his death.

Elvis's death impacted more people than just about everyone you people mentioned added together.
