Why can't Louisianians comprehend traffic circles? OP Update

With maybe the exception of the old-timers in Alexandria who have been doing it for years, why can't Louisianians comprehend roundabouts?
From Hammond to Colliston to Youngsville to Denham for some reason they just cannot get it right!
BTW:
Just kidding about Colliston, they wish they had a roundabout.

There's a traffic circle where I'm at where people will just go left one quarter instead of properly going three quarters around the right if they need to turn left.

They are installing 3 or 4 on one of the busiest roads in West Monroe soon. I can't wait to see what a cluster that is going to be.
On a side note a kid down the road from me has a hopped up new Camaro and he is just chomping at the bit to lay black marks all the way around them.

You guys can't even comprehend merging or the fact that there is something on the other side of a hill. You were never going to get traffic circles.
