Just be thankful for all the money she saved.
One approach that has been known to work is that every time she buys a bunch of stuff, go out and find a good deal on a 75" TV (or some other toy) and get it. Just tell her that you're evening things out a little. She'll figure it out...
ETA: You'll still end up divorced, but at least you'll end up with a bunch of cool toys and you won't have any money in the bank to quibble over.

In my experience, if you try to control every bit she spends she'll end up hiding money, credit cards or you'll fight a lot. Most women need to have some money they can just blow on shite they don't really need.

We just ended up doing equal spending/mad money accounts. I usually try to save mine though. But yeah, we've had the "it's our money not yours fight" and I lost big time
