The military exists to defend our borders domestically and protect our interests abroad. It's not meant to be a social experiment for how to mainstream a mental disorder.

I was just texting a friend of mine about this. He's in the Air Force and said that he just had to take a transgender awareness training. He is pretty happy about this change if it actually happens.

I am active duty and have been in over 20 years. This is a sad day. We should welcome all individuals that are willing to die for us if they can perform up to our standards. Just because other people can't handle nudity in a mature way, we are now discriminating. We waste so much money on gov contracts that the financial excuse for this is a joke. It is such a small percentage of our force. A lot of these same excuses were used for gays and minorities in the service.
