I'd bet a nut that you're not in the legal profession or a drug dealer.

I wouldn't be surprised to see the feds file charges, given the sentence.

I was a state probation/parole officer for about 7 years.

Easily triggered I see. Maybe internet chat is not a good fit for emotionally delicate flowers like you that believe discussion of sentencing factors judges actually consider is an example of blindly backing douchebags. Grow up buttercup.

So maybe a drug dealer, gotcha. Fact is most people don't get busted for just one sale, and a lot of times it's not just 1 substance they are arrested with. I've seen people frick up enough first charge is looking at 15 years, with a 0 on their score sheet cause they're barely 18.

So, p.o. for 7 years... I'm guessing you earned your name willie stroker from helping dudes out during monitored urinalysis

I've seen so much dick in my career I could have used a psychiatrist.

But I did collect some great UA stories over the years

Dude, we've already established you're the worst poster on this site. It's nearly unanimous every time there's a "who's the shittiest poster" thread that pops up.

Now, please quit e-stalking me you loser. Geez.

Instead of just calling each other names, why don't y'all try focusing on real solutions. How can we keep these officers from being caught when they commit crimes?

I'll defer to you on this subject.

No, he's absolutely correct. The number of people who get a PWITD or Distribution reduced to possession and 5 years active probation drastically outweighs those who get a prison term on their first offense. It isn't even close.

I guess it really depends on types of drugs and amounts.

I've seen some people get some fricked up sentences for first timers. But, then again, that revolved around different opiates or H, which they're really cracking down on now.

Maybe I jumped the gun a bit, but his first post was just retarded. Someone sworn to uphold the law should be held even more accountable than a regular citizen.

This guy wins a prize for being the thinker. I wonder if his pension was a negotiated factor in the plea? I would hate to think that he is getting it after all that but it wouldn't surprise me.

The average citizen is much more likely to recidivate. This guy is much less likely.

Prison space is a scarce resource. Does this guy have the characteristics that warrant denying some other criminal his bed for more than a year?

You'd think they'd be experts at it.
