Judge Trudy White again - not the letting rapist free case - another one

This case was talked about extensively on here when it happened. This is the guy who shot his relative and then went and stood over him and shot him several times more. Jury unanimously convicted of murder and she reduced the charge anyway. Well the Appeals court slapped her down and she blames ... wait for it... RACISM.
