Thinking about making the switch from Cox to ATT for phone, TV and internet. Thoughts?

Do it, but go direct TV through ATT instead of Uverse. Much cheaper, at least it was when I switched from Uverse to DirectTV after ATT bought them.

Had uverse internet for 2 years. Was a pretty awful experience. Internet was down regularly and I had 4 modem failures during that time. Switched to charter which is faster, cheaper, and more stable.

As stated above, DirecTV is our premier television service. Uverse iptv does okay when it's running on our fiber optic hsia. Otherwise, it's not the best. If you have ATT (or any) fiber optic option where you are, get the fastest speed you can afford and get DirecTV for video. We'll mount the dish on a pole at your request.

I install it all, and if the fiber is done properly, and the satellite is properly aligned, you will get probably the best service platform available in the US. 1000x1000 symmetrical. DTV's HD feed may go out in a storm, but it takes a hurricane to knock off the standard definition feed--which almost all channels have.

Also, if you have or can get a solid hsia provider, you can cut the cord and just go with the DirecTV Now (online only) service. It's like $20 per month, and it gets you a chunk of the major network programming.

It's not all nightmares. The price can't be beat if you are going the full bundle deal. If you can't get Direct TV and keep it for 2 years, they are basically paying you.
Yes I've spent many days arguing with their customer service, but eventually you will get what you want. Speeds are okay for streaming, and channel lineup blows Cox out the water for the price.

I had Cox, went to att and now going back to Cox.

Cox internet shits all over ATTs at much better cost too. Both now have data caps, so there's absolutely no reason to go att uverse for internet

I've had Uverse for over 3 years and it's been a lot better than when I had Direct TV. Uverse tv never goes out but my Direct TV would when the weather was bad. Internet seems fine also.

My thought is that you seem like a loser who can't make decisions on your own. Get ATT and STFU.
