We just got ours installed last week. We have about twelve relatives(wife's) at our house today all uninvited and they brought their friends. I really screwed myself this time. When I got it , my intentions were for my grandsons to enjoy it and have a party now and then. I left and told them I had some errands to run. Sis-in-law called and asked if I could get some pizza before I come home. I like to relax on weekends.....I've made a terrible mistake in getting a pool

Sorry you related to trash. You need to set the rulez. It's your house.

That said , it is 4th if July and people are using your pool so you are not wasting your investment.

And to answer your question, NO.

I have two pools. The pink one is leaning against the fence and the blue one is covering the push mower.

Sack up and don't allow yourself to be walked on like a doormat.

Whoa, this is just getting started I hate to tell you. This will be every weekend and day off for all of your friends and relatives. I'd fill it in now.

Or you can act like a man and tell them all to leave. It's your private pool. Own that shite, baw.

1a. should be kids SFP

Also, OP will really regret the pool once he has to start maintaining it and that first utility bill comes. Then you'll want to take a leap off the Empire State Building

I have one pool - for the dogs to plop in when it is hot.

ETA: Plop in this context is not a euphemism for shite.

Known of many to get them only to have them filled in a few years later. Homeowners Insurance also goes up big time as you are just one accident away from major lawsuit.
