Here's what happened when a motorcyclist kicked another car on a California freeway

LoL. Good friend of mine was in Philadelphia presenting a DOJ proposal to Philly PD. Asst Chief took him to lunch in his unmarked police car. Which as my friend put it "was a 10 year old Crown Vic piece of shite." Apparently the PD doesn't have a lavish budget.
On way back from lunch, Asst Chief guns through a yellow light and a motor officer lights him up. They continue driving towards HQ (a block away) figuring the motor officer would get the message. He revs up beside them and kicks the car in the rear passenger door and then falls in behind them again. As he told the story, you could see the look on the motor officers face as they pulled into the Admin Parking Lot and parked in the reserved parking area.
Asst Chief just instructed the officer to "meet me in my office."

I looked up motorcyclists kicking cars after reading one of these threads a while ago and ended up on some motorcyclist forum. They are kind of crazy, talking about all the ways you can damage a car and get away.

My money would be on the car trying to swerve to hit the motorcycle the second time, but it almost looks like the driver just is a crappy driver and lost control of the vehicle and thus ran into the wall? Hard to say but seems absurd to total your car on purpose to try and hit someone.

What was the message exactly...that cops can't break traffic laws? Yeah...his arse should be lit up for kicking a car, but NOT because he was dealing with some LEO superior.
