What gets me is when people rush to stand up in the aisle as soon as the plane stops. We all know we are going to sit there for a while... chill out

I'm okay with handing my carry on over - knowing it's going 5 feet from the jet bridge to baggage storage under. Some airliners will give you a free cocktail if you volunteer.

I always prefer to check. I don't like lugging around all my things when I don't have to. It's one less thing to have to account for, and that is a good thing when traveling. Just my personal preference.
My goal is to always arrive at the terminal right as the plane is boarding, so I can walk right in without having to sit in the waiting area.

I prefer to hurry up and wait now than be standing at baggage pickup later. I also like to get in my seat and get settled in with my headphones.
But everyone has their own way of traveling.

people that are usually smart, composed, and have common sense seem to lose it when they cross onto airport lines, the mind set of panic, cattle mentality, and me first, the rules apply to everyone but me kicks in, don't see it changing before I'm out of there

My carry on fits under the seat so I usually board last. I hate standing in that line.

I always wait till the very end
