Objectively, it's pretty hard to disagree. You can't single out a single media entity, it's just the constant and pervasive articles, opinions, skits, tweets, interviews, etc. where people talk about how Trump is the greatest threat to the world since the last mass-extinction episode. And the people who buy into it work each other up and get more angry, and more anxious and more desperate and then all it takes is one person to snap, like today.

what makes no fricking sense is that he shot at a bunch of GOP guys who may not have even supported Trump
i bet a number of those guys were Never Trumpers and intra-GOP opponents like Rand Paul were out there
