After four uneven seasons in Green Bay, running back Eddie Lacy signed a one-year deal with the Seahawks in March. He reportedly weighed 267 pounds around that time, which could explain why Seattle included a weight clause in Lacy's contract.

Eddie Lacy weighed in at 253 pounds today, two below the limit the Seahawks set: now collects $55,000 for it.

Man it must be nice to be a pro athlete

12 pounds in 2 months is so easy to lose too.
My friend used to be a competitive athlete and got fat in grad school. He set a goal of losing 30 pounds in 90 days and was disappointed he only lost 22. He started at about 6', 220 pounds. Lacy was 5'11" 267

I can't imagine how bad he will get when hes done playing football. Really needs to get that under control.

Remember that pic of him after the 2015 season showing that he's going to be dedicated to losing that weight?

it's insane how lazy this dude is. He is likely very proud of himself for coming in under 255 at 253. Prob worked his arse of a day or 2 leading up to weigh-in.

Unbelievable. Being rewarded for being a lazy fatass.
Does he even know where the nearest gym is?

Better yet was the original Fat Eddy pic that came out after his promising rookie season and Packer/Bama fans claimed that it was simply a bad angle and that he doesn't have a weight issue

I mean, I'm not an Alabama or Packer fan in the least, and I thought that it had to be a bad angle. It's just so unbelievable that a skill position pro athlete has this kind of weight problem. This guy is a world class athlete who struggles to stay in shape. It defies sense.

Saban really is GOAT. Probably did some major fat shaming when he was at Bama

Seriously though, I think Bama is on a systematic roids program. They are so much fricking bigger and stronger than every college team.

He probably shite, pissed, had a haircut, and threw up.

He has a fear of money. Today probably put him over the edge and he's probably calming himself at BK as we speak.
