Spinoza's contention was that the landowners had one access already, from perkins and therefore were not entitled to the one off glascow. FYI, I knew the Ford lady and the subsequent original landowners. There were/are decent people and got screwed by that crook. So I am a little biased.

Who was the chick in the video with the nice arse?

If it comes to be that these houses have to be torn down and it sounds like after the way spinosa has treated the other party their hardon is so big they won't settle for anything less there will be a lot of lawsuits. It's a given spinosa will be sued add it to his stack of lawsuits filed against him, but engineer/ surveyor, title co, lenders, owners etc will all be slinging law suites at him, each other etc. This will get nasty before it's over.

Friend of mine lives next door to these houses. That's gonna suck for him, they had just finished construction a year ago

I feel like if you bought in a Spinoza development you had to expect this possible.

He's a strange breed when it comes to media. He seems to care about our little place in the world over $$$ or fame. But, we'll see I guess. He def has the tools.

Well there's no shortage of investigations to be had around here. I hope he stays, BR needs Nakamoto. Not sure if there's anyone else that would bring the shite to light that he has in the past couple years.

He also has a lot of family and friends here and seems to like having his kids here.

Let's be honest. With the way media is going today, do you really think a big market wants someone like Nakamoto digging around their public officers?
Willing to bet big steps would be made by shady public officials to NOT have someone like Nak digging in through their dirty laundry

If you're an investigative reporter, there's no better place than Louisiana to ply your trade.

So this involves that big house in the middle of the property, right? This has always been a crazy situation because they have just been planning to build that entire development around their property. I'm glad they stuck to their guns on this. It's going to be interesting what happens here.

That's what I was thinking.
Also what a shitty report put together that doesn't even show you where the land in question is.

Will be interesting to see a 30' servitude run right through a TND. Even the houses that arent torn down cant be happy.

You can tear down a house and remove all the materials in a few days FYI
Posted on 4/27/17 at 10:57 pm to Ed Osteen
I have no doubt that the property owners will have those houses torn down if they win any appeal. Spinosa has fricked them so bad at every turn, I don't blame them for wanting to return the favor.

Not that it's the homeowners fault but I don't get why anyone would even want to buy a house in Rouzan. Over priced with no yard and you get to deal with Perkins/College or Perkins/Essen

The East Baton Rouge Parish Metro Council on Wednesday reduced the required setback width on a well-traveled stretch of Perkins Road, scaling it back from 125 feet to at least 100 feet. Perkins Road, from Glasgow Avenue to Congress Boulevard will be affected by the change. Property owners in those areas will be able to build closer to the right of way than they could in the past, including the visible and well-known mixed-use development Rouzan. John Delgado, whose district encompasses that portion of Perkins, pushed for the change.
