Active is what you have always been used to...someone replies to a thread, it pops to the top.
Trending is just a formula we use to rank threads based on several factors.

So what your saying is you'd rather the custom links on the left side where the forums were before instead of at the top? I can somewhat agree with that unless chicken can make the top custom bar scroll with the thread so it's always there.

I actually thought this was intentional. To be honest, I like the idea of having a single aggregate board for every forum on the website, even if the boards are absent from "My Forums".

Ok what's the difference between recent and active then..there are three links at the top..active, trending and recent..from your description it sounds like active and recent are the same?

Hmm..I was thinking differently..I line the trending or recent of all boards but all boards that I'm interested in...I couldn't care less about the ones I've removed from my list.

I've been fooling with it on my laptop. It's fine. I like the options at the top of each forum. I customized and that was fine.
I agree on the white to the left. I'd prefer a colored margin line of some sort there.
I prefer the forums list on the left, but I'll get used to it. The ads are so high on the right that they are distracting a bit.
Overall, nice work.

Not a bad idea..I agree...
Now what about have the custom bar scroll with the page as you read it so the forums will always be there within clicking distance so not have to do any extra scrolling and clicking?
