The male cop has some responsibility in this too. He was gaining control of the guy without forcing him to the ground when she stepped in. He should've called her off but he backed up and let her deploy the tazer.

There's a nice place in hell for sick fricks like you. Can't wait till you get there and the devil himself rapes you with a flashlight and police badge. You don't feel bad when innocent people are shot?
I sure hope to run across your name in the paper when a cop covers your useless body in hot .45 lead. Because with the way you're talking, it's coming. No respect for law enforcement and not complying will lead your arse 6 feet under

The elderly man was white. The bitch cop was black.

He said he couldn't get down on the ground when the video clearly shows him getting down on the ground. Seems cops were correct to doubt his story.

That's a cop.

Some background not in the article that I just gleaned from looking at the pleading.
Guy in the driveway was apparently drunk and admitted it to the 911 operator. He also (according to filings by his family), told the 911 operator that he was calling because his son had a gun and was threatening to get in. When the dispatcher asked if the driveway guy (dad) also had a gun, he told 911 operator that he was armed and fully ready but didn't intend to use it. Driveway guy later admitted to shooting a round off in his yard to scare his son away.
So, cops showed up to a situation that knowingly involved multiple people, shots fired, and a drunk guy.
They still did wrong seeing as he wasn't a threat, but it's not AS BAD as the video alone shows. A lot more to the story, apparently.

Well shite... if that's the case then I retract my "chicken shite" comment.

The dude was the guy that was unlawfully discharging his gun too. They had reason to be blunt with him.

Anyone who supports this as written is a danger to society.

It changes nothing about what the first two pages of this thread say about our society. People see a 71 second clip and assume they know everything and assign blame accordingly. It's horrible, disgusting and only going to get worse.

I thought cop haters were in favor of using non lethal force?

officer Martha Cameron who murdered Mr. Sizer did not face charges.
She should be charged for her negligence, but this is far from murder. She used her taser, not her gun. She was not intending to kill the man.

He wants cops to suffer and die.
You want him to suffer and die.
How's one better than the other? If he's wrong for wanting cops to die, how can you be right for wanting him dead, not to mention being sodomized in the afterlife?
Honest question, which is worse?
A. Cop kills an innocent civilian
B. Civilian kills an innocent cop
