Why? It's better to be dropped off and adopted and cared for, than for someone to neglect it or just dump it in the woods to starve

probably would be a damn good dog under the right circumstances...large bodied dog with extreme intelligence and a desire to work.

People often don't realize what a chore puppies can be.

I'd rather a newborn baby over a puppy any day. I'm all about adopting dogs, but I'll never get a puppy again.

Or we could just shoot you in the face.

Dude, it's a dog that someone gave to a shelter because they couldn't take care of it.

They didn't stuff it in a sack and toss it off the bridge or something.

Damn oversensitive bitches getting in a hissy fit over some dog in a shelter.

Ad says owner no longer able to care for it. That could be due to any number of reasons, some of which are very good reasons.

I guess it would be a dick move to point out that Pyrenees males nearly ALWAYS end up dog aggressive.

$90 to adopt? Seems pretty steep.
I think it's like $60 here in NELA.

Would you rather they drop it off on the side of the road? Because people do that.

So now dropping a dog off at the shelter warrants the death penalty? Y'all need to grow a pair and toughen up.

Cute puppy. He shouldn't be in the pound too long before getting adopted.

I found the cutest dog yesterday on companion animal alliance. I just have to keep reminding myself I already have two dogs and don't have the time for another.

We adopted a rat terrier a couple years ago from the New Iberia shelter. She was a couple years old. Pretty dog, excellent health, well behaved and listens very well. I always wonder what exactly happened that led to her being in the shelter.
