Heard that just now. That's a gutless performance.

We don't play well on the road. Or in neutral sites.

Our hitting coach didn't know how to hit when he played baseball. This shouldn't be surprising to people.

Can you imagine if we had Thomas Dunson as LB coach?

It makes no sense that we can't hit with RISP.

Maybe they are being too aggressive?

Good summary of the weekend right there. No clutch performers. Outhitting UF means nothing with meaningless singles.

That is because there is absolutely NO plan at the plate.

...and Kramer only has 1 hit.

Coincidence? I think not.

The solution might be to put no runners on base.

0-4 that inning
0-2,with men on base

Does it matter? We aren't hitting either way.

fricking ouch. Our hitting is so so bad against good competition. This weekend they look like they have just given up.

And that is the crux of the issue. I think they are missing their hitting coach more than anyone would let on. Their approach at the plate, especially against top P, is horrible. Swinging at first P breaking balls, watching good pitches, expanding the zone, etc. We saw this vs TCU, and now you see it again vs quality P. They really need to look at the film and adjust their AB approach. Talent is there IMO, make adjustments and press ahead.
