How many fricking races must these nerds have? Seems like once a month they shut shite down for these clowns.
Now I have to navigate through this shite to get to church. I wish they ran this kind of shite on Veterans or Manhattan.

Get Mitch to start a campaign for your problem. I'm sure he will get right on it

I hope they all don't forget to purchase a 13.1 decal to stick on the back of their secondhand Toyota Highlanders.

Idk about half marathons, but hasn't it been proven that marathons are actually bad for you? Something about training for and running that distance is absolute hell on your entire body, sometimes in irreversible ways.
Either way, yeah blocking off roads for this shite every other week is very annoying. And yes I'm fat.

Hahaha...it doesn't really bother me too much except sometimes the race routes pass in front of where I live and the jackazz friends and families of the runners get out there at like 7 am and start clapping and cheering for about 2 hours while I'm trying to sleep.

But you don't mind when half the city gets blocked off for the Crescent City Classic.
Btw Arse used to run it in a bunny suit and would beat half the fat asses on the OT in that race

There should be a compromise for closures like this. Anyone can enter the half marathon but the closures end at different checkpoints. Not at mile 4 in 30 minutes? Too bad fatty, traffic is opened back up and you're about to get run over

LOL. It's Esplanade and downtown at 8 on a Saturday morning. No ones on those streets.

Don't you run the Crescent City Classic every year?

We gotta let a bunch of people feel good about doing half of an accomplishment.

Yes.
Have you ever heard of this race? It's ridiculous that these no name races pop up all the damn time. I think they should be run on Haynes Blvd.
