1- Howard, Can get out of the Fleener contract with some pain in 2018 but fo sho by 2019.

McCaffery or Cooks add a better dynamic to our offense next 2 years than Howard. Howard is Fleener... maybe Howard holds on to it more though.
Can cut Fleener next yr though, june 1st cut helps a bit. similar to byrd this year.

Blocking, maybe, i'm waiting on the fedex game film of howard to arrive still. Neither are targeted for our offense bc of their blocking skills.

Velocity isn't everything, if a QB can play he can play.
