That looks less like a build and more like putting a complete upper on a complete lower. But yes they will work together. How reliable is yet to be seen

I agree on this point. Spend a little more and step up out of the PTAC line. I would also suggest mid length gas and melonite/nitride finish on the barrel. If you wait a little while PSA will sell that combo for not much more than the PTAC you listed.

I bought a PTAC from them a couple years ago and have had zero issues, thought it was a good deal for the price

Currently, the NON Blemished Lower is on SALE for the same price: $129.99.
