That's the best pitch? That's so basic.

The Dillards 90 percent off card worked too.

It is quite pathetic to be honest. A young man that so said cried over making the decision. A life long LSU fan, his brother is a huge LSU fan and yet he picks FSU because it's going to be a family environment?

Jimbo is an amazing recruiter. He would dominate at LSU. Anybody who wanted Orgeron over Jimbo at LSU is absolutely nuts.

does FSU run a 4-3?

I get the feeling that he was being told the LSU was going to stick him at NT and he believed them

You do realize that he dominated FSU to the #6 ranked class right? One spot in front of LSU and Orgeron and that was with us losing 5 out of the top 10 players in Louisiana

He also beat us out for Players at the very top of our board, Cam Akers and Marvin Wilson.

Also losing 5 out of the top 10 in Louisiana looks bad on Orgeron's part which makes the case for Jimbo being the better recruiter even more.

Jimbo really gained some street cred with the way he handled Winston. As sad of a display as it was, those kids know that Jimbo has their backs.

Obviously he can't say that Jimbo was offered the LSU job and LSU didn't wanna pay him what he was demanding, and so CEO was the fall back.

"Marv, do you wanna play for the A team or the B team? Cause LSU couldn't afford me... Here's the letter and the voicemail from Joe Alleva for you to hear!!!"

It's why Jimbo could so easily sway both Akers despite 2 other highly recruited RBs already committed and Marv despite the history with LSU and the distance/family factor.

Oh well, IMO LSU just got the best prospective defensive player from this class in Chaisson.
