Says the idiot on Tucker right now, why doesn't he call him out on this?
Absolute falsehood

Also "a .223 is an antipersonnel round"
Ok!

I would have a computer set up and tell him let's pick a random gun site and go for it.

And >50% of people believe this

Of course, TECHNICALLY you can "buy one", but you do the background check through your local FFL. Nice way of wording to confuse people.

Technically he's not wrong, deep web bro.

Though obviously that's not his argument.

I bought my HK online without a background check. Of course to actually get it in my possession the FFL ran one.

lol at .223, anti-personnel round. Personally I thought all bullets were anti-personnel rounds, but a .223 is specifically designed to take people off the battlefield by wounding them and forcing others to haul their asses back.

The .223 was designed to be able to carry a lot of rounds with less weight and be an effective round, that's it

That's how gun-control advocacy works; spread ignorance and lies to the poorly educated (read: mostly Left wing) and then double down with some emotional hyperbole (read: Think of the children!).

If you don't want to ban Assault Weapons then you don't care about the children who died at Sandy Hook.

Considering I have a friend who is creating an online gun store right now to sell custom guns out of vegas.

And that there are atleast 5 pay providers online that will accept transactions related to guna and gun parts.....

Definitely can but it takes loop holes such as calling it an in store sale

Reminds me of this episode of "Superstore USA" where this anti-gun cuck dude was assigned to work the gun counter. He kept denying service to creepy and angry dudes, afraid that they were going to kill someone. No one on the show mentioned that there's a waiting period, and another employee takes over his post and sells the guns. It was rediculous. In the episode, people just walked in and asked for automatic weapons and left with no waiting period.

Because of incorrect media like this, most Americans don't realize that A, gun purchasers have to pass a background check; B, that there's a waiting period; and C, that automatic weapons are already illegal.

Every single gun your friend sells through his website will go to a local FFL before it reaches the buyer in their state and each time there will be a 4473 filled out and the FBI NICS contacted before the firearm is handed over. There is no "loop hole", that's exactly how the Federal law works as written.

If he has a FFL, he has to do a background check for sales in his state. If he mails his guns across state lines, he has to send it to an FFL in the receiving state. That dealer will have to do the background check, period.

So, in other words "not guns.

I don't understand the "waiting period" you are speaking of. I can walk into any gun store and buy almost any legal rifle or shotgun once my background check clears. In fact I have bought two rifles in the past year, one a .22 semi auto and an AR-15 and other than a few minutes wait for the background check I walked out the door with my new rifles.

I think handguns may have a waiting period but in Louisiana there is no mandatory waiting period for long guns.
